Edward Gill, MD

Dr. Gill earned his medical degree from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts.  He completed residencies in Family Practice at the University of Massachusetts, and Obstetrics and Gynecology  at the Medical College of Virginia Hospitals in Richmond Virginia where he received the Outstanding Resident  Award.  Dr. Gill has been on the teaching faculty at VCU Medical Center since 1995, where he is currently Associate Professor.  He has been named "Best Urogynecologist in Richmond" and has received national teaching awards.  He is a member of many professional societies including ACOG, the American Urogynecolgical Society, and the South Atlantic Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. His primary areas of  expertise and research interests include pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence and Davinci robotic surgery.  Dr. Gill is the head of the section of Urogynecolgy and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery at VCU Medical Center.  He sees patients at the Stony Point office.

Ashley Woodward , MD

Dr. Woodward earned her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. She completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center where she received awards for teaching and leadership as well as the Outstanding Resident Award. She is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Urogynecologic Society. She is interested in minimally invasive surgery, and is currently involved in research of surgical approach and technique utilizing the Davinci robot in procedures for pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence.
